The first step is to get an Assessment with My Aged Care. The two most popular programs are the Support at Home Program and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP). You will then be assisted to ensure you receive the services you need in the most timely and cost-effective manner.

CHSP is designed to deliver low-level support. As your needs become more complex and you start to need case management assistance, you can apply for Support at Home. We can help you every step of the way.
