Great Ocean Road Health has entered into an agreement with Dr Meg Lawless to acquire the assets of Moore Street Medical Clinic, to align with Dr Meg’s intended retirement in September this year.

Dr Meg and Dr Jim Lawless have contributed significantly to the Apollo Bay health landscape for nearly 45 years; in some instances, provided care for five generations of families.

We wish Dr Meg well in retirement and will provide assistance to her, where required, during this transition period. Great Ocean Road Health will be hosting an event to recognise the contributions to the community of Dr Meg and Dr Jim Lawless, further details will be provided at a later date.

With the impending retirement of Dr Meg Lawless, we are continuing to build the Apollo Bay Medical Centre GP team to support the additional consultations we expect to see.
